Warehouse supervisors are busy, and they hire people who are accurate, safe, and show up. This resume gets that across in the time it takes to scan a label. The top of the page looks like a parcel: brown kraft paper, a strip of packing tape, and a white shipping label with your name in the Ship to box.

Packed and Labelled

A kraft-paper band fills the top of the page with a lighter strip of packing tape running through it. On top sits a white shipping label with a heavy black border. Its top line reads Priority in orange and On-time, every time in black. In the main box, a small Ship to: label sits above your name in bold Work Sans capitals, followed by your title and forklift certification in orange and your contact details in a small grid. A barcode and a tracking-style reference fill the right side of the label.

Below, a light beige column on the left holds certifications, equipment chips, skills with dot ratings, languages, and availability. Section headings sit in solid black bands, like stencilled box labels. The main column opens with three orange performance figures and then your profile, experience, recognition, and training.

The Three Numbers That Get Callbacks

  • Pick accuracy: The figure supervisors care about most; 99% and above stands out.
  • Orders or units per shift: Shows speed; compare it with your site's target if you can.
  • Safety record: Zero incidents or days without an incident tell them you are careful with equipment and people.

If you do not know your exact figures, ask your lead or check your scanner reports. Use approximate numbers honestly, for example, about 150 orders a shift.

Equipment and Certifications

Many warehouse jobs require you to operate specific equipment from day one. The chips list what you are trained on, such as forklift, reach truck, pallet jack, order picker, RF scanner, and shrink wrapper. Certifications sit at the top of the left column; OSHA forklift certification is the one most employers ask for, followed by OSHA 10 and first aid. Add the year you certified, because some employers require renewal every three years.

Lines to Copy and Adapt

AreaExample bullet
PickingPick, pack, and ship 180+ orders a shift with 99.8% accuracy
ReceivingUnload and check in 25 trucks a day with zero damage claims
InventoryRun weekly cycle counts that keep accuracy above 99%
TeamworkTrain new hires on scanners, safety rules, and the WMS

First Warehouse Job?

If you are new to warehouse work, lead with reliability. Retail stock rooms, fast-food kitchens, delivery jobs, and volunteer work all show that you can follow procedures, move quickly, and work as part of a team. Use the stat area for attendance or customer numbers, and get a forklift certificate before you apply; it often moves you to the top of the pile. Mention any shift flexibility as well, because many warehouses hire specifically for nights, weekends, or peak season.

Editing the Label in Word

  • The kraft band, packing tape, label outline, barcode, tracking number, and Priority line are in the page header. Double-click near the top of the page to edit or delete them.
  • Your name and contact details on the label are normal text in a table cell.
  • The black section bands are shaded paragraphs; type over the heading text.

Fonts and Format

Work Sans and Roboto are free from Google Fonts, so install them before you edit to keep the label lettering crisp. The page is one US Letter sheet. Bring printed copies to hiring events and attach a PDF when you apply online.
