Corporate Training Services Proposal Template, Purple and Amber
Selling training to a company means convincing two people at once: the HR or learning manager who wants an engaging program, and the executive who wants proof it will change results. This six-page Word proposal speaks to both. It is energetic to look at, and every page ends with something a manager can measure or sign.
A Training Room on the Cover
The cover is split by a bright amber diagonal. Above it, on a purple wall, a presenter in an amber top points to a whiteboard with a rising bar chart and arrow, while two rows of participants face the board. Below it, Corporate is set in heavy purple Archivo Black, followed by Training Services in violet and Proposal in amber. A purple tag reads Skills that stick. Results that show. A purple and amber corner fills the bottom right.
Inside, the purple header steps down like a staircase with an amber edge, and amber-topped steps rise in the bottom right corner to hold the page number. The staircase idea carries through the whole document: training is about climbing to the next level.
How the Program Unfolds Across Six Pages
Page two introduces your company, six training areas with icons (leadership, communication, sales and service, compliance and safety, digital skills and teamwork), and three delivery formats: in-person, virtual live, and blended. Page three is the learning staircase, five rising steps from Assess to Measure, with six outcomes you will track. Page four prices six programs and four extras. Page five sets out a twelve-week rollout, four booking terms, and signature blocks. Page six lists seven deliverables and closes with a thank-you message.
Running the Kick-Off Call That Follows the Proposal
Once the client signs, the schedule starts with a week-one kick-off. Use this agenda so the call sets up the measurement promised on page three.
- Confirm the business problem behind the request, in the sponsor's own words.
- Agree on two or three measures of success, such as error rates or customer scores.
- Identify the participant groups and their managers.
- Book dates for the skills survey and the first sessions.
- Decide who receives the results report and when.
Matching Programs to Workplace Goals
| Client goal | Program to offer | Measure to report |
| New managers struggling | Leadership Series | Team engagement scores |
| Missed sales targets | Sales Accelerator | Win rate and deal size |
| Slow new-hire ramp-up | Onboarding Academy | Days to full productivity |
| Too few internal trainers | Train-the-Trainer | Sessions delivered in-house |
Editing Programs, Fees and the Training-Room Art
Every word in the template is editable Word text. Rename the programs to your own course titles, set the lengths and fees in the table, and change the delivery formats if you only train online. The cover scene and staircase shapes are part of the page background in the header, so you can use Change Picture there to show a photo from one of your own workshops. Archivo Black and Barlow are free Google Fonts; install both for the intended look.
Printing It for a Pitch Meeting
The proposal is six US Letter pages. If you are pitching in person, print a few color copies on 120 gm paper so the purple stays rich, and bring a PDF for the client's procurement team.
