General Ledger Template with Highlighted Item Column

This ledger template has basically three columns. In the first one the date is written, then goes the item or transaction details. This is followed by the Transaction column that has further two sub-columns stating that the transaction was debited or credited. This is followed by a balance column in the same style as a transaction column, with two more subcolumns used to describe the debit or credit of the balance. In the top section, the name of the account, the name of the month, the account number, and the last number are listed. You can easily modify and use this template in MS Word.
