A Sales Proposal Cover With Energy and a Human Figure
A sales proposal is personal: one company offers something to another. This cover shows it with a figure of a man in a dark suit standing against a khaki paint splash, with a bold SALES PROPOSAL title and chevron arrows pointing forward. It suits sales representatives, account managers and small businesses who need a confident cover without heavy photography.
Khaki Splash, Chevrons and the Figure
The page is 8.5 x 11 inches, portrait, one page. The lower half is filled with khaki colour that splashes upward at the top edge like spilled paint. White chevrons at the left point to the title, and an illustrated man in a dark suit stands at the right. All of these are graphics. The warm neutral colour suits a wide range of industries.
Title and Logo
SALES is set in a lighter weight above PROPOSAL in huge black capitals, with a short line between. A SAMPLE LOGO in khaki and black sits at the upper left. Replace the logo with your company mark. A black or dark logo reads best against the white.
Prepared For and Prepared By Columns
Two columns at the top are separated by a thin vertical line. PREPARED FOR shows First, Last Name in khaki, a job title, a company placeholder, a street address, a phone number and an email. PREPARED BY shows a name, a job title and a company. The second column has no address or email, so add them if you want the client to reach you directly.
A Short Plan for the Proposal Itself
- Open with the client’s need in their own words.
- Describe your product or service and the result it brings.
- Give a clear price with options if you have them.
- Add delivery dates, warranty and support.
- End with a simple next step and a date by which the offer expires.
Editing Online for the Sales Pitch Cover
All text can be changed. If you do not want a figure of a man on the cover, click the image and delete it, and the splash still looks complete. Names with long job titles need a smaller font.
Printing and Sending for the Sales Pitch Cover
The khaki area uses a lot of ink. Print a test copy, or send the proposal as a PDF. For a paper copy, use 120 gsm.
Writing a Price Section That Sells
Present your price as the cost of a result, not a list of charges. Offer two or three options, such as basic, standard and premium, and mark the one you recommend. State what each includes and what is extra. People often choose the middle option, so make sure it is a good fit for them.
Adding the Offer Expiry Date
Add a line below the date saying how long the price holds, for example Valid until 30 June. A deadline gives the client a reason to decide, and protects you if costs change later.
