A Company Profile Cover With a Little Texture
A company profile introduces a business to customers, partners and recruits, and the cover sets its personality. This design uses a teal arc with a faint brick wall pattern and a gold curve along its edge, which gives a sense of foundations and growth. It suits small and mid sized companies that want to tell their story in a printed or digital booklet.
Teal Arc, Brick Texture and Gold Curve
The page is 8.5 x 11 inches, portrait, one page. A wide teal arc fills the upper two thirds. Faint white brick outlines appear at the top left and again at the right of the lower half. A gold curve underlines the arc, and a pale grey shadow sits behind it. The brick texture, arc and curve are fixed graphics.
The Logo on the Arc
A large white SAMPLE LOGO is placed at the upper right inside the teal. Replace it with a white or light version of your logo. A dark logo would not read on teal. If your logo has several colours, use a one colour version.
The COMPANY PROFILE Title Block
In the lower half, a gold line reads LOREM IPSUM DOLOR beside a large light 202X, and COMPANY PROFILE appears in black condensed capitals with a teal rule above. Replace the first line with the company name or a tagline, and the year with the edition. Keep COMPANY PROFILE if that is the purpose.
Introduction Paragraph and Website Button
A short paragraph with a teal vertical bar sits under the title. Use it for a two or three sentence summary: who you are, what you do and who you serve. At the foot, a rounded teal button reads www.website.com. Replace it with your real web address, so that a reader can act at once.
What a Profile Booklet Should Cover
- Your story and mission in plain words.
- Products and services, with a photo each.
- Numbers that matter: years in business, clients, locations.
- Team and leadership.
- Clients, awards and certifications.
- Contact details.
Editing Online for the Brick Profile Cover
Text boxes edit freely. If you change the title length, adjust the teal rule. Keep the paragraph to under fifty words to avoid crowding.
Printing the Cover for the Brick Profile Cover
A colour laser handles the teal well. For a premium look, ask a print shop for a spot gloss on the gold curve. Export a PDF for email.
Telling Your Story in the Introduction Paragraph
The short paragraph under the title is read more than any other text. Write it as if you were explaining the company to a new neighbour: what you do, for whom and since when. Avoid buzzwords. One real number, such as years in business or customers served, makes it more believable.
