A Page That Carries Your Name Like a Brand
Coaches, speakers, authors, consultants and creators are the brand. Their letters should look as consistent as their website. This letterhead is made for that: bold teal and black angles frame the page, and a stacked PERSONAL BRAND title sits at the top, ready for a name. It is useful when you write to event organisers, publishers, sponsors, clients and collaborators.
Teal and Black Angles
The page is 8.5 x 11 inches, portrait, one page. Teal and black diagonal shapes cross the top corner and come back at the foot. They create movement and a modern edge. Teal feels fresh, and black gives it authority. The angles are graphics and stay in place while you edit text.
Putting Your Name in the Header
The words PERSONAL and BRAND are stacked in capitals as a placeholder. Replace them with your name, for example ANITA and ROY, or with a first name and a role. If your brand uses a logo or a monogram, place it near the title and align the edges so that the group looks like one unit.
The Contact Block
The foot shows three placeholder lines: an address, two phone numbers, and an email with a website. For a personal brand the website and social profile are the main contact points. Put them first, and consider replacing the street address with a city, since many coaches and speakers work from home.
Consistency With Your Online Presence
Use the same name, tagline and colour on this page as on your website, newsletter and social profiles. A person who receives a letter should recognise you at once. If your tagline is short, add it in a small line under the title.
Letters a Personal Brand Sends
- Speaker proposals and booking confirmations.
- Collaboration and sponsorship offers.
- Client onboarding letters with rules and fees.
- Thank you notes to organisers and audiences.
- Press introductions and media kit cover letters.
A Date Line and a Warm Opening
A Date line is at the top, and there is no reference number. Open each letter with the recipient’s name and one sentence that shows you know their work. A personal brand thrives on personal touches.
Editing Notes for the Teal Page
Text can be edited freely. The angled shapes are fixed. If you want a different colour scheme, choose a different design from the category rather than changing this one. You can add a photo in the header by placing an image and cropping it into a small circle.
Print and Digital Delivery
Print on 100 gsm paper for a crisp look, or export a PDF for email. If you use the letter in a media kit, place it as the first page and add your headshot and links on the next.
A Short Bio Block for Speakers
Personal brands often add a three line bio under the signature. State what you do, who you help and one proof point, such as a client or a result. Keep it in a smaller font so that the letter stays the main message, and update it each year so that the claims stay accurate.
