A Countdown Clock That Nudges People to Register
The best reminder tells people that time is running out. This card does it with a clock face: four pairs of boxed digits for days, hours, minutes and seconds, set under the headline COUNTDOWN Begins! on a black page with red accents. It suits conferences, webinars, sales, launches and any event with a firm date.
Black Page, Red Ring and Digit Boxes
The design is 600 x 800 pixels, portrait, one page. A big red ring sits at the upper right. The headline COUNTDOWN is in white capitals with Begins! in red script. Eight outlined boxes show the digits 02 10 25 40 with labels DAYS, HOURS, MINUTES and SECONDS. A figure with a megaphone stands at the lower left.
Event Line and the Digits
The event is TECH INNOVATORS CONFERENCE 2026 on a red bar with May 5, 2026 to 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Javits Center, New York, NY gives the venue. A paragraph invites industry leaders, designers and developers for a day of innovation, networking and future tech insights, and a red line says Don’t miss out, mark your calendar now! The digits are static, so type the number of days, hours, minutes and seconds that apply on the day you post.
Keeping a Static Countdown Credible
- Calculate the time left on the day you post.
- Round to days if you post a day ahead.
- Replace digits for each reminder post.
- Add a registration link in the caption.
- Remove the post after the event.
Editing the Digit Boxes
Each digit sits in its own box. Click a box, type the new number and keep the font size. If your event is more than ninety nine days away, replace the two digit days with a plain line such as 120 days to go.
Scheduling a Sequence of Reminders
Post at thirty days, seven days, one day and on the morning of the event. Change the digits each time. People remember events they are reminded of, and each post can add a new detail such as a speaker or a prize.
Saving the Countdown Card
White and red on black are easy to read on screens. Save in your platform’s format and check the digits at phone size.
Step by Step Editing of the Countdown Reminder Design
