A Modern Villa and a White Hexagon for an Estate Agent
A photo of a modern white villa with large glass windows and a pool at dusk fills the top of this badge. A white hexagon overlaps the photo and the lavender lower half, holding a purple house and speech bubble logo with PROPERTY in bold black. NAME SURNAME sits below in white condensed capitals with Real Estate Agent in black, and a website sits under a thin white line.
Photo, Hexagon and Name
The badge is 2.13 x 4 inches, portrait. The hexagon logo sits in the middle like a sign on a house, and the name below is large for open house visitors.
Name, Role and Website
Type the agent’s name and role, such as Sales Negotiator or Lettings Manager. The website reads www.domainame.com, missing an N, so replace it with your agency site. Swap the PROPERTY logo for your agency logo.
Preparing the Agent Badges
- Type each agent’s name.
- Set the role.
- Swap the logo.
- Fix the website.
- Print and insert.
Open Houses
Buyers feel more comfortable when the agent wears a clear badge. Wear it at open houses and viewings. A matching sign at the door helps too. A badge with a clear name also makes it easier for buyers to call the right person afterwards.
Using Your Own Listing Photo
Replace the villa with a photo of a home you sold or your office. It makes the badge feel local. A local landmark or street scene also works and tells visitors you know the area well.
Printing the Photo
The villa photo has rich colours. Print on satin card for depth. Check that the white name text stays sharp against the lavender after printing.
Business Card Match
Use the same hexagon and colours on business cards and flyers. Matching materials help buyers remember your agency when they are ready to make an offer.
Property Expos
At property fairs, badges help visitors find the right agent quickly. Bring spare badges in case a colleague forgets theirs on the day.
Using the Agent Badges
Print one for each agent.
