A Soft and Respectful Page for Women’s Health
Women who visit a gynecologist value privacy, respect and calm. The stationery should reflect that. This design uses sweeping pink and charcoal waves and a delicate line drawing of a woman’s profile with a leaf, which feels gentle and modern. It suits gynecologists, obstetricians, women’s health clinics and fertility specialists.
Pink and Charcoal Waves
The page is 8.5 x 11 inches, portrait, one page. Large waves in rose pink with thin charcoal edges curve across the top and the foot of the page. The shapes are fluid, a deliberate contrast to the clinical rectangles often used in medicine. They are graphics and stay fixed while you edit text.
The Botanical Profile Logo
At the top left, a circle holds a line drawing of a woman’s profile with a sprig of leaves. It signals care and growth. A pale copy appears in the middle of the page as a watermark. Replace either by choosing Replace Image, or delete the watermark when your letters run long.
Name Block for Dr. Emily Carter
The sample reads DR. EMILY CARTER with Gynecologist in pink beneath it. Replace both lines. If you are an obstetrician as well, use a title such as Obstetrics and Gynecology. Keep the name block to two lines, so the header remains light.
Contact Row With Round Pink Icons
The foot has three round pink icons for the address, the phone and the web, with placeholder text beside each. Replace the lines with your clinic details. Add a discreet note about appointment hours, since patients often prefer to call at set times.
Date Line and Careful Wording
A Date line sits at the right of the header. Letters from this specialty often cover sensitive topics. Use respectful, neutral language, and avoid putting more details than needed in a letter that might be seen by others at home or work.
Letters From a Women’s Health Clinic
- Referral letters to a fertility specialist or an ultrasound unit.
- Prenatal visit schedules and instructions.
- Results letters after screening tests.
- Fitness and leave letters for work.
- Information letters about services and fees.
Privacy First
Health letters are personal. Deliver them in sealed envelopes or secure channels, and only to the patient or someone she has authorised. Follow the privacy rules that apply in your area. This is general advice and not legal advice.
Editing and Printing the Pink Page
Text is editable, and the waves and logo are fixed. A colour laser prints the pink evenly. If the page is emailed as a PDF, check that the pale watermark is still visible but does not disturb reading.
Scheduling Letters for Prenatal Care
A prenatal schedule is easier to follow as a simple list of weeks and visits. State what happens at each visit and what to bring. Add the clinic number for urgent concerns, and remind the patient that the clinic can adjust times when needed. Keep the tone reassuring.
For primary care, try the general practitioner letterhead. For a pediatrician, try the pediatrician letterhead. For skin care, see the dermatologist letterhead. More are in letterheads.
