Curling Gold Ribbon and Glitter for a New Year’s Eve Party

A glossy black page with a thin gold frame sets the mood for a glamorous night. Loose gold ribbons curl across the corners and through a dark band, and fine gold glitter drifts up the left side. The title reads New in white script, Year’s Eve in gold script and Party in white, and a large white 2026 sits in the middle. A small gold paragraph and a footer line are placeholders. It is an elegant card for a hotel party, a club night or a dressy evening at home.

Script Title, Big Year and Black Details Band

The card is 5 x 7 inches, portrait, one page. A dark band crosses the lower half and holds the date and time on the left and the venue, street and phone on the right. One line of placeholder text sits under the title and another near the foot, inside the gold frame.

Year, Time, Venue and Two Placeholder Lines

The large year reads 2026, which is right for a party on December 31, 2025. For a party at the end of 2026, change it to 2027, since the number shows the year being welcomed. The sample time is 11:45 pm, which is too close to midnight to be a start time, so set the real arrival time, for example 8:00 pm. The venue is THE LAKE VIEW HOTEL with a placeholder street. Replace both Lorem ipsum lines with a welcome message and a dress code.

Filling In the New Year’s Eve Card

  • Set the year being welcomed.
  • Change the start time.
  • Retype the hotel and street.
  • Replace both Lorem lines.
  • Set the phone or RSVP line.

Writing the Midnight Countdown Line

Guests like to know what happens at twelve. Use the top paragraph for a line such as Dinner, music and a champagne toast at midnight. It gives the evening a shape and tells guests to stay late.

Setting a Black Tie or Glitter Dress Code

The gold and black style suits a dressy night. Put Black tie optional or Wear something sparkly in the footer line, where the placeholder now sits.

Tickets and Paid Hotel Events

Hotels often sell seats for New Year’s Eve. If guests pay, add the price and a booking link or number to the footer instead of an RSVP. Make sure the phone line in the band matches the booking desk.

Printing Glitter That Is Only Ink

The glitter and ribbons are flat images, so they print as gold coloured ink, not metallic foil. For real shine, print on pearl or metallic card stock. Always run a test copy, since dark backgrounds can show banding.

Sending the New Year’s Eve Card

Save as a PDF or PNG. Send it three to four weeks ahead, because New Year plans fill early.
