A Dancing Crowd and Cash Badge on a New Year Gala Ticket
A party photo in red and pink with hands raised fills the top of this ticket, with a rounded photo of a DJ at the left. Black silhouettes of people dancing sit at the lower right. A red circle reads Cash $2K. A logo, New Year Eve Gala in bold black and Raffle Ticket in red script sit on the white lower half, with a draw date and placeholder lines. A white stub has the title in red, the logo, name, phone and email lines and a barcode.
Photo Top, Text Bottom
The design is 990 x 360 pixels. The photo gives energy, while the white lower half keeps the text readable. The stub has three lines and a barcode, which is enough for a quick entry at the door.
Gala Name and Date
New Year Eve Gala reads more naturally as New Year’s Eve Gala. Its sample draw date of 1 January 2022 has long passed, so set a new one. Replace the placeholder lines and the logo.
Preparing the Gala Tickets
- Fix the gala name.
- Update the draw date.
- Replace placeholder lines.
- Set the prize.
- Number each ticket.
Gala Night Fundraisers
Charity galas often sell raffle tickets at the door and draw winners near midnight. Prizes donated by sponsors keep costs down. A donated prize, such as a hotel stay or a dinner, makes the draw a highlight of the night.
Printing the Party Photo
The red party photo prints best on satin card at high quality. Check that the dancing silhouettes stay sharp.
Cash Prizes at Galas
Check rules on cash raffles locally before advertising a cash prize.
Club Nights and Parties
Clubs can use the ticket for entry and a lucky number draw. Give each guest one ticket at the door and sell extra tickets at the bar.
Scanning Gala Tickets
Replace the sample barcodes if you scan tickets at the door. Otherwise, delete them for a cleaner look.
Using the Gala Tickets
Draw winners before midnight.
