Navy and Orange Rings Around a Round Reporter Photo
The front of this portrait card has a dark navy base with overlapping rings in navy and orange. A circular LOGO sits at the top left, a round photo placeholder with an orange ring sits in the white middle, and EMPLOYEE NAME is set in orange with Reporter beneath. A five row details table sits above a navy foot with PRESS in orange. The back has a dark header, terms, a signature, contacts and a barcode.
A Portrait Card for Press Teams
The card is 2.63 x 3.88 inches, and both sides are designed. The front is playful with its rings, and the back is more formal.
Details to Replace and the Typo
Replace EMPLOYEE NAME and Reporter, and the dates, birth date, phone and blood group. Fix Contact Numer to Contact Number. On the back, replace the Lorem terms and the contact block, which carries sample OfficeTemplatesOnline.com text.
Preparing the Ring Design Card
- Insert a round photo.
- Type name and role.
- Fix Contact Numer.
- Fill the table.
- Edit the back.
A Younger and Creative Look
The overlapping rings give the card an energetic feel, which suits digital media, student papers and creative newsrooms more than a formal agency.
Orange and Navy Contrast
The orange name and PRESS word stand out strongly on navy and white. This contrast makes the card easy to identify even when it is clipped to a jacket.
Rings That Frame the Photo
A thin orange ring surrounds the photo, with small dots around it. It adds interest, and it helps hide a slightly off centre crop.
The Foot Banner
PRESS in large orange type sits on the navy base. It marks the role clearly, and you can change the word to MEDIA or CREW for other uses.
Printing Navy Ring Cards
The navy areas are large. Use a good laser or a card printer, and let inkjet prints dry before sleeving them to avoid smears.
Visible but Not Showy
Wear the card at chest height with a lanyard. A badge that is visible when needed, but not distracting, is the goal for a reporter at an event.
Replacing a Lost Press Card
Keep a record of each card issued. If one goes missing, cancel it at once, and print a new card with a fresh number.
