A Voucher That Fits Anything
Sometimes you do not need a theme. You need a clean, attractive gift voucher that works for a bakery in spring, a garage in autumn and a hair salon all year round. This general design is that kind of card. It has a flourish on the corners, a bold seal and an uncluttered middle, so the business name and the amount do the talking.
How It Looks
The voucher is 3.375 x 2.125 inches in landscape, the size of a credit card. The background is white, framed by a thin line that fades from orange to gold. In each corner, orange swirls and leaves curl inward, and gold-edged triangles mark the top left and bottom right corners. At the top left, a brown rectangle holds a white LOGO placeholder.
Beneath it, the word Gift is written in a large gradient script, red to gold, in Pacifico, and VOUCHER follows in a classic dark serif. On the right, a scalloped red starburst seal shows $100 in white. At the bottom, COMPANY NAME is printed in orange capitals, followed by a short paragraph of placeholder text, then a phone number and email.
Editing Order That Saves Time
- Replace the LOGO placeholder with your logo.
- Type your business name over COMPANY NAME.
- Replace the paragraph with a sentence about terms or a thank-you.
- Retype your phone number and email.
- Change the $100 to the value you sell.
One Design, Many Values
Because the amount sits in a bold seal, it is easy to prepare a set: $25, $50, $100 and $200. Save each as its own download and label the files clearly. Print a handful of each and keep them sorted in a small box so that sales are quick.
Colour Choices
The orange and gold palette feels warm, friendly and a little vintage. It suits bakeries, garden centres, craft shops and service businesses. If your brand uses other colours, replace the logo and edit the text colours. The flourishes and the seal are artwork, so they keep their orange and red.
A Note on the Paragraph
The placeholder paragraph is a block of sample text. Replace it with something genuinely useful: your opening hours, how to book, or the main terms. Keep it to two or three short lines so that the card stays clean.
Trimming the Flourished Border
White card stock between 250 and 300 gsm gives the swirls a crisp edge. A letter sheet holds eight vouchers with printer margins. Trim along the thin border for a neat finish.
Using the Starburst Seal Well
The red starburst seal is the first thing the eye lands on, which means the number inside should be the number that matters. If you sell time-based vouchers, retype the seal to show a service such as Cut and Style or Full Service. Keep it short so that it fits in the circle. For a promotional voucher, you can write a percentage instead, such as 20% OFF, and the card still looks right.
