A Purple Eid al-Fitr Card for the Whole Family
Gold Arabic calligraphy for Eid al-Fitr glows in the centre of this purple card, with lanterns hanging on beaded chains from the top. A purple skyline of mosques with palm trees runs along the bottom, and a long message speaks of kindness, generosity and gratitude. It suits families who want to send a rich and formal greeting.
Gold Calligraphy on Purple Gradient
The card is 1080 x 1080 pixels, a square, one page. The gradient runs from near black purple at the top to lilac at the base. Gold lanterns and stars hang above the calligraphy. A skyline with several mosques and two palm trees fills the lower edge in a purple tone slightly lighter than the sky.
Heading, Paragraph and Name
Eid Blessings for You sits under the calligraphy in a gold script. The paragraph reads May the blessings of Allah fill your life with happiness, your heart with peace, and your home with love. Let this Eid be a reminder of kindness, generosity, and gratitude. Wishing you a wonderful celebration with family and friends. The name line is Your Name Here. The text overlaps the top of the skyline, so keep the line length similar.
Editing the Long Message
- Keep three sentences.
- Replace Allah with the same word in your usual style.
- Add the names of those you greet.
- Check line breaks after editing.
- Make sure the last line stays above the skyline.
Kindness as the Theme
The paragraph reminds readers that Eid is about kindness and generosity. You could add a line about charity or visiting neighbours. Cards that invite good deeds are remembered.
Gold Script Legibility
The gold script heading is decorative. For long names or messages, keep the script to a short heading and use plain type for the rest, as the sample does.
Saving the Purple Family Card
Save an image and send it to family groups. For prints, use 250 gsm paper and a colour laser. Check the purple for banding at the top of the page.
