Flag Corners and Scattered Stars for a Friends Gathering
A frame of red stripes and two flag panels in opposite corners surrounds a white card scattered with red and blue stars. A huge navy 4 with JULY in red and a small INDEPENDENCE Day tag form the title. FRIEND’S GET TOGETHER runs in bold navy, with a date, a time, a venue and a navy RSVP box.
A 5 x 7 Card With a Flag Frame
The card is 5 x 7 inches. The stripe frame gives it a strong outline, so it stands out on a fridge or a shelf among other mail.
The Date Question and Sample Text
The date reads Saturday, July 3rd, which does not match the July 4th title, so check which day you intend. The apostrophe in FRIEND’S should be removed, since the heading means a get together for friends. Then replace the hours, venue, address and RSVP names.
Setting Up the Friends Invitation
- Fix the heading wording.
- Check the date.
- Set the hours.
- Replace the venue and address.
- Fill the RSVP box.
A Casual Event With Plenty of Colour
Stars and stripes everywhere make this the busiest design of the invitations, in a good way. It signals a lively, relaxed event, and young adult groups often enjoy this bolder style.
Making the Title Work
The big 4 with JULY and the small th, INDEPENDENCE and Day tags form one block. Edit the elements carefully, because moving one piece can break the shape of the number.
A Guest List for a Small Group
A get together suits a modest crowd of friends, so personal touches work well. Hand write a short note at the bottom of each card, such as bring a swimsuit, to make it feel warm.
The Navy RSVP Box
The navy box stands out against the white and holds names and a contact line. Replace the Lorem ipsum text with a phone number and a reply by date, so the box carries real information.
Colour Printing of the Flag Panels
The two flag panels use dense blue star fields and thin stripes. A high quality print shows each star, while a draft setting can blur them into a flat blue block.
Matching Name Tags and Menus
A set of simple matching cards for food labels or name tags can reuse the stars and stripes. Keep the same colours and the party looks planned, even on a small budget.
Collecting Replies
Create a quick message thread with all guests and ask them to confirm there. It saves you from chasing separate replies, and friends can coordinate rides and dishes in the same place.
