Hikers at a Mountain Lake for a Black Friday Travel Gift
A navy card with a torn cyan edge opens onto a photo of two hikers with backpacks looking out over a turquoise mountain lake. A cyan TRAVEL LOGO with a small plane sits at the top left. Black Friday runs in a white script above TRAVEL OR VACATION in bold cyan capitals and a cyan GIFT CERTIFICATE banner. Lines for recipient name, certificate number, amount, issued on and expires on follow, with a thank you line at the foot. It makes a holiday gift feel exciting before the trip is even booked.
A Wallet Card for Holiday Dreams
The card is 3.375 x 2.125 inches, CR80, small enough to slip into a card or stocking.
Bracketed Agency Name
The foot reads Thank You for Choosing [Travel Agency Name]!, so replace the bracket. Replace TRAVEL LOGO with your logo.
Getting the Travel Card Ready
- Replace the bracketed agency name.
- Swap the travel logo.
- Fill the lines.
- Set expiry dates.
- Print or email.
Gift Cards Towards a Holiday
Travel agencies, tour operators and holiday rental owners can sell gift cards towards trips. A photo of a beautiful destination makes the gift feel exciting. Customers can put the card towards flights, hotels or a full package.
A Destination Photo You Sell
Replace the mountain lake with a photo of a destination you sell, such as a beach or a city skyline.
Printing Navy and Cyan
Navy and cyan print brightly. Check that the torn edge looks crisp. A matte finish keeps the lake photo free of glare.
Longer Validity for Travel Gifts
Trips take planning, so travel gift cards often need a longer validity period, such as two years. State the validity clearly on the card.
Booking Terms on the Back
Add short booking terms on the back, such as Subject to availability.
Recording Each Travel Card
Keep a register of card numbers and values. Note the date each card is redeemed.
Using the Travel Card
Promote it before the holidays.
